Thermal Spray
One of the most widely used surface engineering techniques in developed countries to apply protective coatings with specific properties. In our offer you will find most of the thermal spraying methods available on the market.
Hardfacing
Both as hard layers to ensure resistance to mechanical wear processes, but also as additive machining to recover lost dimensions. We have robotised workstations for welding processes allowing us to carry out serial orders in a short time with high quality and repeatability.
Machining
Machining is an important step to remove excess material after surfacing or spraying in order to achieve the required dimensions, tolerances and roughness in the regeneration of worn surfaces.
Technical plastic coatings
To meet the need to provide effective protection for components operating in extremely corrosive environments or requiring above-average service life, we have introduced a range of protective coating services for plastics such as polyamide, polyethylene and fluropolymers (Rilsan, Xylan, PTFE).

Experience
We have over 25 years of experience in the field of protective coatings. The company’s founder, Dr.-Ing. Krzysztof Szymański, was one of the first people in Central Europe to deal with supersonic thermal spraying processes, which is currently one of the best techniques for applying carbide layers….
Innovative equipment
Modern equipment facilities are the domain of our company. In 2012, we became the first commercial user of an HVAF supersonic spraying system in Europe. We have two fully robotised production stations enabling us to carry out serial orders. We cooperate with recommended testing laboratories constantly controlling the quality of our products.
R&D activities
Our scientific activities focus on coatings made by thermal spraying and hardfacing methods. We develop our own materials that are superior to commercially available solutions. We test our coatings after a period of use showing the advantages over national and foreign competitors.
The effects of our solutions
Increasing sustainability
Components with process-resistant coatings made by thermal spraying or hardfacing can be operated for considerably longer periods. This significantly prolongs the service life of the entire machine by protecting critical areas.
Reducing downtime
A component that runs longer will need to be replaced after a greater number of work cycles relative to an unmodified part. This translates directly into saving valuable time that can be allocated to production.
Cost reduction
Using our solutions is an investment that pays for itself very quickly as we extend the service life of the parts we cover, which reduces our purchasing expenditure. We are able to remanufacture any worn-out part, usually at a much lower price than a new part. Reducing downtime is all about increasing our own production capacity and reducing the number of man-hours required for servicing on an annual basis.
